Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the appropriate return address for your region. We operate with a centralized international fulfillment system and return addresses vary depending on your location.

Restocking fees: No cost
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Barely Basic is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges for sizing issues under the same 15-day return conditions. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and indicate the desired size or variant.
In some cases, it may be faster to return the item and place a new order for the replacement.
Cancellations
Due to our automated fulfillment system, orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to correct the shipping address or item details, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet shipped, we will try to accommodate changes.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible and must be handled through our return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos at service@getbarelybasic.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
Customers located in the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
The same return conditions apply: products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and proof of purchase.
